- The Reservation deadline: The Monday before the meeting @ noon
- Payments whether online or by mail must be received by the Monday before the meeting.
- Luncheon payments are non-refundable (the hotel charges the club for the lunches that have been reserved whether or not the person attends).

Chad Bianco, Candidate for Governor
Chad Bianco moved to California in 1989 and rose to the top of his profession, graduating first in his class from the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Academy before building a 31-year career with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Elected Sheriff in 2018 and re-elected in 2022, he led decisive reforms to restore fiscal stability, strengthen staffing, and rebuild trust and cooperation with local law enforcement. On the front lines of public safety every day, Sheriff Bianco has become one of California’s most influential voices for reform, playing a key role in the overwhelming passage of Proposition 36 in 2024. At this luncheon, he will share why California’s current policies are failing—and his vision for restoring safety, accountability, and common-sense leadership as governor.
